Social responsibility

Employees and working environment

• We usually employ young people (often graduates) – it doesn’t matter how many employments the person had
• We don’t differentiate genders (More on the Contacts) page.
• We support our employees in sport activities
• We support our employees in another studies – flexible working hours, homeoffice.

Educational support and use on the job market.

• We organize competitions Best in English and Best in Deutsch. Thanks to these competitions the students are able to test out their language skills and compare them among other students from the republic. The 7th year of Best in English had 17 621 participants from 750 schools and 29 countries. (5 970 students and 273 schools from the Czech Republic and 2 149 students and 119 schools from Slovakia.)
• We also organize fairs oriented on the employment support of young people – “Go-Global” and “Canadian afternoon”

Environment

• We print only when we have to
• We took part in the “To work by bike project”
• We try to use only public transport

Customers and our company

• We try to be transparent as much as we can (we present the minuses of our programs, we publish the complete statistic of our programs).
• Our employees are regular blood donors.
• We are interested in people in need – last year on Christmas we donated a new TV to a reception centre Gloria
