After a brief phone consultation, we’ll email you a price quote for our Work & Holiday visa assistance and Soft Landing employment assistance services.

You’ll get a clear idea of how we’ll help you travel to Australia for work without any worries or stress. You’ll sign the prepared contract and pay the Work & Holiday programme assistance fee, as well as the Soft Landing service fee if you’re interested.

You’ll prepare the required materials and documents for the visa — all according to the clear instructions and manuals we’ll send you by email. You’ll then pay the visa fee, and after a thorough review, we’ll submit the visa application on your behalf.

Now it’s the Australian immigration office’s turn. Once the processing period for your application has passed, they will issue a decision on your visa — ideally, they’ll approve it right away. We’ll then inform you via phone and send you the decision via email.

You’ll receive an offer from us for insurance and flight tickets, as well as other pre-departure instructions. Be sure to carefully review and read through everything. If you haven’t arranged for the Soft Landing service, skip directly to steps 8 and 10.

As part of the Soft Landing service, we’ll put you in touch with a colleague who will work with you to plan the next steps — she’ll help you polish your resume and cover letter, assist with registering for housing, and provide you with details about your arrival, among other things.

Together with our colleague, you’ll find the perfect place to live to start your stay in Australia. Everything will be arranged based on your arrival date — so be sure to discuss your flight details with her so she can pick you up at the airport.

You’re finally landing in a sun-drenched country. If you’ve arranged for Soft Landing assistance, a colleague will pick you up at the airport as previously arranged, take you to your first accommodation, and provide you with basic information.

Our colleague in Australia will assist you with finding a job, obtaining a tax ID number, and securing work permits. They will explain how public transportation works, how to get around safely in Australia, and which mobile network provider to choose.
